TransferFlex is a product with a plastic, matte styling purposely created for fabrics treated with either normal sublimation or dye sublimation screen-printing processes.
By changing the printing process, we are able to create different variations of the product without modifying the basic technical specifications. This allows us to yield products that have a four-color print, metallic, luminescent, or embroidery effect. Nonetheless, it is also possible to change the structure of the product to adapt it to your needs.
Usage Sectors:
- Suitable for sportswear: logos, sponsorship pieces, names, and numbers.
- Also suitable for a diverse array of commercial and industrial applications such as fashion, automotive, motorsport, safety, and more.
- TransferFlex was devised to be used on polyester, however its versatility allows it to be successfully applied to many different fabrics.
Technical Specifications:
- Excellent covering effects for fabrics treated with sublimation processes.
- Resistant to wash at high and low temperatures; however between 40 ºC to 60 ºC, (104 ºF to 140 ºF) is recommended.
- High elasticity prevents wrinkles and creases.
- Soft feel to touch and non-fade colors.
- Non-sticky surface.
Application settings:
- Temperature: 130 ºC to 140 ºC, (266 ºF to 284 ºF)
- Time: 10 to 12 seconds
- Press firmly and use cold or hot removal sheets according to fabric.
All silicone transfer projects are made using high quality brass molds, liquid silicone gel, and the latest in adhesive technologies. Silicone transfers can be used in a wide variety of applications and can also be adjusted to suit your needs.
These transfers are used when a durable, stress resistant product is required. Coloring is achieved by adding pigments on a clear silicone base—this allows the product to appear mostly opaque.
The product is particularly suitable for club crests, badges, and brand logos. If requested, the product can be produced without the backing thermo-adhesive layer, thus allowing it to be sewn on any fabric.

All products have a matte styling and an average thickness of 4.8 mil (120 microns). This allows for a soft touch, high-elasticity finish with rebound properties, high washability, fade resistance, and resistance to tears, cracks, creases, and wrinkles.
Our transfers will adhere to cotton, blended fabrics, polyester fabrics, and has been successfully applied to other synthetic fabrics such as nylon and spandex.

The MULTIREFLEX transfer is a screen-printing procedure that yields a highly reflective finish.

R-BREATH is a highly advanced and innovative procedure specifically adapted for perspiration. Thanks to its micro-perforation technology, the product is able to provide the user with a higher degree of comfort and performance.
This procedure is impossible to replicate with conventional screen-printing processes. R-BREATH’s distinctive perspiration transfer process is developed and produced by Stilscreen S.r.L.
This micro-perforated product can be produced according to any desired pattern or design.
